"You are better than you think. You are more than you think."

Freediving is a sport, and practice is the only key to mastering it.

Allow your body and mind to understand freediving through continuous practice. Also Allow yourself to take baby steps on this journey.

Freediving is more about the mental than the physical, and it is a "happy"  sport.

Your happiness is so important to you, to your dive, and to me as well.

A number is just a number.

Our feelings underwater are far more crucial than any numbers.

Feel yourself and understand yourself more in each dive.

Let's have fun and see you underwater :)

PHILOSOPHY

Relaxing| Take it easy and be chill
Joyful | You only live once
Safe | Take every dive seriously
Keep Exploring | Understand yourself within each breath

Freediving is a life-changing experience.

Once I started freediving, my life became intertwined with it.

What fascinates me most about freediving is the beauty of discovering solutions. When I encounter difficulties or bottlenecks, I look for different ways to try, break through, and resolve them. This learning process is incredibly engaging and filled with a sense of achievement.

The most exciting part of freediving is, of course, experiencing the underwater world!

Participating in various dive trips and encountering different marine creatures and ecosystems is simply breathtaking.

Within the WHYNOT community, I connect with like-minded freedivers who share and experience every intriguing underwater moment together.

Hope to see you on our next adventure =]

Freediving can be considered the most static extreme sport.

Exploring the ocean outward while seeking a connection with the mind and body inward;

we find calmness and self-awareness amidst the waves, advancing our records in the most relaxed state;

we can challenge ourselves while also learning to let go.

It may seem a bit difficult to understand, but freediving is indeed a contradictory and unique sport.

Perhaps we should allow ourselves to take a break every now and then, and escape from everything. Leaving all the matters on the shore, and let's go underwater together! ;)
